Arc Handmade Cajons – Payment Deposit Policy
Orders placed with Arc Handmade Cajons will require a minimum deposit of $100. An order invoice will be provide, and deposits received for orders will be acknowledged via provision of a receipt. An approximate time frame for availability of order will be provided.
Final payment of total invoice amount is due prior to delivery / collection of order.
Once the customer is informed that order is ready for collection / postage, the payment of the final invoice amount should be paid within one month.
When final payment is made, the order may be collected, or will be shipped according to customer instructions.
Failure to Finalise Payment
If the customer fails to pay the final invoice amount within one month of being advised that the order is ready, then Arc Handmade Cajons will make the cajon available for sale to other customers.
Prior to the sale of the cajon to an alternative customer, the original customer is still able to finalise the account and collect the cajon order.
However, if the cajon order is sold to another customer, then arrangements will be made for the deposit amount to be refunded, with a $25 administration fee being retained by Arc Handmade Cajons.
